Fees:
Our session fees are as follows:
LuAnn C. Oliver, LCSW – $200 per 50 minute session. (Rates are adjusted for longer sessions of 75 or 100 minutes.)
Kit Gray, MA – $150 per 50 minute session.
Billing & Insurance:
Once we enter a diagnostic code (upon request) in the secure client portal, CounSol.com, you’ll be able to download your invoices to submit to insurance at any time. After your account is created go to Billing > Add a card. If you prefer you may also pay by cash or check. If coming as a couple, please enter payment information on each account so that individual sessions can be billed under the person attending the session. For the couples sessions, one individual will be billed consistently. Please let us know who you would like to be billed. If you both have the same insurance plan it usually doesn’t matter, but if one person has better mental health coverage we’ll want to bill under this person. We are out-of-network providers so if you haven’t done so yet please ask your insurance what they will cover. You’re payment will be processed the day of each session and you can seek reimbursement as desired by downloading your invoices from CounSol.

- What do you cover for out-of-network providers in mental health?
- Is there a deductible that I have to meet before benefits will kick in?
- If you are seeing Kit: Will you cover services provided by a resident (not yet licensed)?
