I specialize in therapy for couples and families, especially those overcoming addiction, trauma, and sexual issues. I also see individuals for relational based work. I am an ICEEFT Certified Couples Therapist. I am committed to offering high quality services and participate in ongoing training, supervision and peer consultation. With EFT as my foundation, I incorporate somatic and body based models, energy systems, yoga, mindfulness and my training in sexual addiction and sex therapy to holistically help individuals and couples create deeper connection and healing and lasting change.
